The Roof Doctors have my highest recommendation for all your roofing needs in the Champaign-Urbana area. Randy (whom I have dubbed the Roof Master) came out to my 1913 historic East Urbana home and professionally assessed the situation, provided a very fair estimate and explained in both technical and layman's terms the repairs needed. I feel that it is important to add that Randy is an Urbana local and understands the character of the beautiful old homes in our area and the special care they need.

He got me on the schedule and came out and completed all work on time and at the quoted cost with no extra fees. Randy stands behind his work and welcomes customers to call if any issues arise. I will certainly be using Roof Doctors again for my great, old house.

We have had nothing but great service from Roof Doctors. Our first experience was over 20 years ago on our residence. Since that experience we have had a commercial roof replace on the church, and our residence replace because of storm damage.

The workmanship is excellent and the workmen are courteous and professional. We highly recommend Roof Doctors!

I had Mr. Roberts come for an estimate. This man is extraordinarily honest!! Anybody who wants to have an honest opinion should consult with him. Mr. Roberts told me that I did not have a problem with my roof instead it was a gutter problem. I had several roofers that had given me estimates in the thousands!!!! He is a rare find!

We are very happy with the installation of our new roof by the Roof Doctors! They did a great job all around and I loved how they kept the yard picked up and clean of debris as they worked. Of course the roof looks great too. I would definitely recommend them! They were great to work with!

I contact Roof Doctors from the reviews on here. It was a great experience. Randy came out and gave me a fair estimate and explained in great detail the work to be done. He was also honest about how busy they were and when I could expect my roof to be completed. They were spot on for the completion date. The material was dropped off and the next day Roof Doctors showed up for the installation. At the end of the day my new roof was on. The crew worked as quiet as they could and were very conscientious of our being home since it was the weekend. When they left at the end of the job they left the area surrounding my house just as clean as it was before the started.

If you need a roof this is the company to hire!

Although I didn't have any work done by the Roof Doctors (only an estimate), I can say without a doubt that this is one of, if not the most professional roofing company in the area. The owner Randy, was extremely honest and upfront about my roofing needs. He didn't try to sell me some work that didn't need to be done. So I don't need a roof at this time, but when that time comes I WILL NOT call anyone else. Any roofing work that I need done either now or in the future will go straight to them. I consider myself a good read on people (been in management for quite a while), and I can say that Randy is an honest individual.

I hired Roof Doctors after getting four bids for a total tear off and replacement. My boyfriend and I felt like Roof Doctors (and Randy, who seems to own it) were straight shooters and professional.

They exceeded our expectations. The job was done, start to finish, in just over two days, and it looks great. They are clear in telling you when they'll be by, what to expect, the terms of the warranty, etc. The job looks great...

Randy, the owner, came out to personally inspect my roof & address concerns about possible water leaks. He was very honest in the assessment even though it meant no business for his company (at the moment). Showed me how to fix the very minor problem on my own. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

New roof, attic vents, dryer vent. We also ended up needing most of our sheeting replaced as well.

They completed our roof in 2 days (even though it rained early the second morning). One of our concerns were our many flower beds. They covered them all (they leaned large sheets of plywood against the house over the flower beds) before they started working. Even after they initially started, I expressed that I wanted one of the beds to be covered better - and the foreman left right away to get more sheets of plywood to make sure everything was covered to my liking. Really nice and easy people to work with. Seriously, almost no mess - (just a very little bit in the attic -again, because they had to replace the sheeting) - they were amazing. And our new roof is spectacular - we are very happy!

Randy Roberts with the Roof Doctors was great to work with. Everything from the beginning to the end was handled with much detail and professionalism. He cares about his reputation and his work shows it. Clean up around the house was done on a daily basis also which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend them for a job well done!
